Microporous diffusers are a key component of wastewater treatment systems. Upward-adjustable tubular microporous diffusers address the challenge of maintaining bottom-mounted diffusers. They can be installed and maintained without draining the tank, stopping production, or removing sludge. This provides a more reliable and efficient aeration solution for wastewater treatment. Upward-adjustable tubular diffusers are suitable for oxygenation and aeration in both domestic sewage and industrial wastewater treatment. Our products have been widely used in various wastewater treatment plants and pharmaceutical companies, gaining the trust of our customers.

I. Structure and Material of Upward-Adjustable TPU Diffuser Pipes

The rubber diaphragm of the upward-adjustable microporous diffuser is processed through a complete set of rubber refining equipment and manufactured into aeration rubber pipes using professional production equipment. The materials are available in three types: TPU aeration diaphragm, EPDM terpolymer, and silicone rubber. All raw materials are imported. Imported EPDM rubber is used to ensure the quality of the aeration diaphragm pipes, making them resistant to breakage and reliable in performance. The air inlet distribution pipes and aeration support pipes are made of UPVC or ABS rigid pipes, the air inlet main pipe is made of S304 stainless steel pipe or hot-dip galvanized pipe, and the air flow distributor is also included.

II. Features of Upward-Adjustable Diffusers

Can be installed with or without water in the tank
No need for any additional equipment in the tank
For long-term aeration, maintenance can be performed by freely lifting the diffuser without draining water, shutting down blowers, or affecting normal operation
No air purification, backwashing, or air discharge valve is required, making management more convenient
Various diffusers originally fixed at the bottom of the tank can be directly converted into upward-adjustable diffusers without changing the original air inlet pipe
Upward-adjustable microporous diffusers are suitable for oxygenation and aeration in new and improve water treatment processes for domestic sewage and various industrial wastewater. They employ buoyancy technology and simultaneous central air inlet, enabling suspension installation using the upward-lifting method. The aeration is uniform, the bubbles are fine, the oxygen utilization rate is high, and the power efficiency is high. The diffusers have a good flow rate, low flow resistance, and low energy consumption. The diffuser installation position is lower, and the aeration is uniform around the tank during aeration, which can reduce sludge sedimentation at the bottom of the tank, dead zones, and increase the aeration area, thereby improving oxygenation capacity.
