Aquasust sewage treatment system is based on GCE intelligent purification tank + GCE biological strains. GCE intelligent purification tank is a high-efficiency sewage purification equipment with molded fiberglass SMC as the carrier and A/A/O as the core process. lt has applied for dozens of patents. GCE biological strains are high-efficiency functional strains that are screened and improved by the Biotechnology Research Center of joint Colleges and Universities based on the characteristics of sewage and purification tank devices effectively ensuring the treatment effect of the purification tank. The processing capacity is 0.5-100t/d.

GCE Smart Johkasou Process Flow

After being collected through the pipe network,sewage enters the purification tank, where most of the pollutants in the sewage are removed through the anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic action of microorganisms before being discharged.Every 3-6 months, a part of the sludge and sediment at the bottom of the sedimentation tank of the purification tank is sucked out by a fecal suction truck.

The annual production capacity of purification tanks can reach 3,000 sets, with large production capacity and fast delivery cycle. The porous gel filler has a biofilm surface area 3-4 times that of ordinary plast ic fluidized bed fillers, and the biofilm amount is 1 .9 times that of ordinary plastic fluidized bed fillers.
Equipped with proprietary GCE bio-enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal bacteria, the system starts quickly, has strong resistance to shock loads, and is easy to operate and maintain. It uses more durable and stronger SMC material and compression molding process, and can be used stably underground for 30 years.
The patented surface corrugated reinforcement design technology has high structural strength and can be used in the thick frozen soil environment in the north. The designed burial depth can reach 2 meters. The unique patented water distribution system is used to ensure that there are no dead corners or short-flows in the septic tank system, and the effective volume is large.

sewage and the features of septic tank devices, effectively ensuring the treatment effect of the septic tank.

GCE Smart Johkasou adopts porous gel filer from Japan, which has good hydrophilicity, and the unique wall structure has water absorption effect, which greatly increases the specific surface area of the biological carrier. The load of microorgan-isms is large, the volume load is high, and the surviving microorganisms are not easy to lose under the shearing action of water and air, so that the ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in the sewage can be reduced at the same time, and it also has advantages such as strong air bubbles cutting ability, large space volume utilization rate and no dead zone ets.
